    fold faq Missing a feature?

    You subscribed to the trial package and during testing you get the feeling that an important feature for you is missing. What to do? Report it to us by either send an e-mail or even better share it with others at the message board.

    We are happy to hear from your trial experiences!

    fold faq Do I get a 30-day free trial if I upgrade?

    The 30-day free trial only applies if you sign up for a trial plan, not to a paid package. There is no free trial period offered for the paid SaaS packages.

    If you want to try before you buy, sign up for the 30-day free trial package.

    fold faq How does the 30-day free trial work?

    If you sign up for the 30-day free trial, you get access to the full package of the software as described above.

    10 days before your trial period expires, you receive an e-mail from us. You can then choose to upgrade to one of the paid SaaS packages or let the trial expire. When signing up for the upgrade, you get the option to take over your data from the trial, or begin with a fresh installation without data.

    In case you wish not to upgrade and let the trial expire, your account and all data will be deleted.

    fold faq What types of payment do you accept?

    Currently we accept only PayPal. We do not accept credit card payment directly, but PayPal accepts all major credit cards. At this time we only accept payments online. So, we will not be able to accept a cheque, invoice you, or take an order over the phone.

    No. Every SaaS package comes with unlimited todoyu users for your company and clients.

    Depending on the SaaS package you are using, the server hardware resources allocated to your installation will be limited. Therefore we stated the recommended number of users per SaaS package.

    fold faq Where is my data stored when I use your SaaS package?

    The modern high-performance servers are located in a safe datacenter located in Zurich/Switzerland. All servers have daily backups and are maintained by very professional server admins employed by snowflake.

    If you go for the top-notch SaaS package we even offer a real time backup (point in time recovery)!

    Our state-of-the-art computer servers are protected by biometric locks and 24-hour surveillance. Our product software and infrastructure is updated regularly with the latest security patches. All todoyu SaaS packages include SSL encryption to keep your data safe.
