We have been asked by some of you, if todoyu will be free also in the future. Our clear answer is: YES. We are strongly commited to open source and free software. We guarantee you that it will stay free for you to download and use.
Our business model for todoyu is based on future todoyu extensions mainly for professional use (e.g. billing, resource planning). Also we are planning to offer hosting packages for users looking for a way to get todoyu without having to install and host it by themselves.
The software, the core of todoyu, is and will be free to download and use for everyone.

Translating todoyu
Very positively surprised about translating efforts by the community, we switched todoyu 2.0 from simple translation to the more fine-grained localization method (L10N). We changed to two-letter codification (e.g. de -> de_CH).
